The client needed a consultant to serve as the interactive PMO providing key digital expertise on multiple projects from concept development through launch including testing and validation. The PMO needed to deliver a set of enhanced products that provided best in class client’s customers.
- Added new capabilities to the client’s prepaid products and developed best-in-class digital experiences for the customers internally and externally
- Delivered the strategy for integrating new capabilities into the client’s websites and worked with large cross-functional teams to manage and implement the capabilities.
- Managed several projects end to end and saw the project through implementation, testing and launch including the removal of passport, critical site enhancements for tracking, compliance and marketing updates, and site experience management.
- Responsible for the concept and delivery of the marketing site updates for all the products, as well as the user experience updates
- Incorporated the new features into existing sites, as well as the functional details of each new capability.
- Worked closely with an agency to deliver business requirements, wireframes, user flows, design, content including site copy, error messages, Omniture, title tags, and functionality
- Provided an upfront strategy for overall online customer experience, user acceptance testing, and master plastic testing.
