Doug Wilder provides companies with part time CFO services to help them effectively manage their businesses. This allows small and medium sized businesses a cost effective way to take advantage of the skills of an experienced CFO. It allows companies to take the next step in using financial information to help run their business and plan for the future. Doug’s clients range from startups to businesses with $20 million in revenue. He is also the Chair of the Nassau County chapter of SCORE, “Counselors to America’s Small Business”. In that role, he leads SCORE’s efforts to provide free counseling services to small businesses in Nassau County, New York. He has provided counseling to over 100 small businesses or people wanting to start their own business.
He has almost 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and public accounting as an executive in financial, operational and strategic positions. He retired from Verizon as the Chief Financial Officer of the Retail Markets organization, the wireline sales and marketing business with over $20 billion in revenue and 30 million consumer and small business customers. He is also a CPA licensed in New York State.
As Vice President of Business Development, Annette builds new partnerships and enriches existing relationships with clients, identifying their marketing needs and providing winning solutions. Her marketing expertise, acquired over the last 15 years, enables her to successfully achieve partners' business objectives.
Prior to C2G, Annette spent over 10 years at American Express. As a former Director of Marketing, she introduced her team to customer relationship management, leading the strategy to identify and target customers. Additionally, she held several positions in Customer Information Management, leading and training teams of database marketing professionals to analyze and improve marketing programs.
Annette holds a BBA from Baruch College, City University of New York. In her spare time, she volunteers on various projects, especially non-profit fundraisers. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
Amy is a former Vice President of Marketing from American Express, where she led a team that provided marketing consulting support to the Merchant Services sales organization. Prior to joining marketing, Amy spent 4 years managing merchant relationships including Costco Wholesale. During her tenure at Costco, charge volume growth was at 25% year over year. In addition, Amy launched many first time partnerships and led numerous marketing efforts. Prior to joining American Express, Amy was Assistant Vice President of Client Relations at HSBC. She managed their largest private label credit card portfolios, including Best Buy & other large retailers.

commercial strategic alliances outside the USA. Cathy led a team of global managers and consultants in building and
implementing joint marketing plans to support global enterprise customers in AT&T's regions of EMEA (Europe,
Middle East, Africa), A/P (Asia Pacific including Japan), India, and CCLA (Canada, Caribbean, Latin America).
Concurrently, Cathy was responsible for AT&T's 49% equity investment in Alestra, the third largest facilities-based carrier
in Mexico. This responsibility includes venture management, board seatholder management, and venture
strategic/operational alignment with AT&T. Prior to that, Cathy similarly managed AT&T's 31% equity in AT&T Canada,
the third largest carrier in Canada, ensuring strategic alignment between the parent company and the equity investment
company.
Cathy has 20 years experience in global telecommunications, working for AT&T in roles spanning P&L responsibility, new
venture start-up, venture management, organization design and restructure, carrier relations, customer care, consumer
marketing, and enterprise marketing.
Cathy holds a BA from Rutgers University, double major in Communications and French, high honors. Cathy speaks
English and French.
Steve Obermeier
Chief of Staff, Head Recruiter
Steve Obermeier, Chief of Staff, is focused on the recruiting and signing of seasoned professionals for C2G as well as
creating scalable, world-class processes for all business functions to ensure that growth occurs in a seamless and
effortless manner.
Steve's experiences in Systems Analysis, Project Management, Cost Center Creation, Product Management, Segment
Management and Marketing allow him to apply a wide range of skills in addressing positions with diverse backgrounds.
This has allowed Steve to apply his strengths across the B2C and B2B markets in the Telecommunications, Automotive,
Pharmaceutical, ISP, and Software industries in various roles.Steve excels at:
- Managing the hands-on recruitment process from the sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and on-boarding of new hires.
- Sourcing applicants utilizing methods such as ad placement, referral generation and networking to obtain resumes of candidates with approrpriate skills and qualifications for the position.
- Providing front-line support to sales team in development of accurate assignment descriptions, qualifications, required skills and rates.
Porasah works closely with both branch and corporate management to design, implement, and sustain a strong internal control of our operating processes. In the past, Porasah has also worked with C2G in market research, social media support, operations, and played a key role in the launch of the C2G 2009 book, Black and White Strike Gold.
Alex provides technical and office support to the C2G team and assists Peggy and Sandi in various capacities. His primary responsibilites include virtual office management from website administration to sales and recruitment grid maintenance.
Upon finishing his internship with C2G, Alex plans to finish his Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature at Princeton University.
