Lori Rinn provides the team with years of staffing experience, successfully recruiting professional and management level positions across various industries and business lines. She consulted and partnered with members of Senior Management teams to design recruiting strategies, supporting the direction and goals of various business lines at both Wachovia and Deutsche Bank. These strategies resulted in a strong network of candidates and quick time-to-fills.
Lori also provided consulting services to businesses in the interactive marketing space. In that capacity, she:
- Consulted and partnered with members of management teams
- Hired managers to assist in defining manpower and planning needs
- Assessed and defined qualifications needed for open positions
- Implemented recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
Lori holds a BA from Rutgers University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from New York University. She is a certified Targeted Selection Interviewer and former member of the Society for Human Resource Management. In her spare time, she is an avid yogi and triathlete, and enjoys spending time with her family.
